Our TV Station is due to go live in September. We are currently setting up the hardware we need for the archive, and for broadcasting the archive over the communal aerial. Over the next few months leading up to the September launch we will be collecting material for the archive. This material will include old Vaudeville material, and public domain films and radio broadcasts, together with anything we can find relating to the acts performed at the Finsbury Park Empire between 1910 and 1960 when the theatre closed. The aim of the archive is to link this material to historical events and personal narratives of residents of the area or people who came to see the shows or worked in the theatre while it was still open.

For now web-viewers will have to content themselves with some badly curated clips from YouTube! If you are interested in getting involved in the station in any way – whether you live locally, or the other side of the globe – drop us a line. The smallest TV station in the world is now hiring! Not that we have any money of course :)
